On Saturday the 4th April 2026 we welcome back Alnwick & District Round Table to host the highly anticipated 7th annual Easter Duck Race. Watch the spectacle of over 2,000 ducks race down The Sage Wealth Management Grand Cascade. Will your duck swim its way to victory or will you swim away with the wooden spoon?

All ducks bought will be entered into the race, but you will also need to purchase an Alnwick Garden entry ticket valid for April 4th. Ducks will also be available to purchase on the day in The Garden. On your marks, get set, RACE! Come and have a quacking time!

The Duck Race raises money to help local causes and community projects, from young person's sports teams, community projects, charitable causes, and private circumstances.

Hanami - Japanese Blossom Festival
Come and see The Cherry Orchard decorated for Hanami, a Japanese Blossom Festival which celebrates the fleeting beauty of nature.
Read Haiku poems whilst relaxing on The Cherry Orchard swings, then head to the yurt for some craft fun and make a Japanese paper fan.
Play Adventure Golf
Enjoy 13 fun and challenging holes of adventure golf, but watch out for giant creature designed to distract you! Head to the Golf Hut or Gift Shop to grab your putter and play.
