Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that The Garden is closed on Christmas Day, and throughout January. Additionally, there may be instances when The Garden and Treehouse close earlier than usual, or the Treehouse may be closed for the entire day due to private events. To prevent any inconvenience, we recommend checking our website before your visit.
A child is anyone aged under 16 years old and under. Individual and Individual Plus Guest memberships includes free admissions for up to four children.
Yes, an Annual Pass includes free admission for up to four children at no extra cost.
An Annual Pass can be converted to a Friends of The Alnwick Garden Membership by paying the additional cost. This can be done by calling the Booking Team on 01665 511 350, option 1. To upgrade your Annual Pass, we will need your membership number.
Gift Aid means charities can claim an extra 25p for every £1 they receive from a UK taxpayer. If you’re a UK taxpayer we can claim 25p for every £1 you pay on membership subscriptions, at no extra cost to you.
We will contact you prior to the expiration of your Membership, providing you with the opportunity to renew for an additional year.

We offer a carer ticket for visitors who are accompanying a disabled guest. Please call the Bookings Team on 01665 511350, option 1 to request a carer ticket. Proof of entitlement must be present with you on the day of your visit.
