Three By One Europe Ltd

Three By One is a lifestyle & wellness brand in Alnwick.
Coconut, spice & adaptogen products are created by small scale farmers & makers in Sri Lanka. With a zero waste production ethos they use all the parts of each raw material to create different products, from food to skincare, homeware & more.
All products are organic, allergen & preservative free, & the supply chain is PETA certified Monkey Free, meaning all products are fully vegan friendly.

Three By One is owned & operated by Laura, who in 2025 was awarded one of the top 100 female founders in the UK by Small Business Britain.
All year round you can join her on the Northumberland beaches for Pilates, Yogalates, Stretch & Mindfulness sessions. As well as seasonal special events celebrating the seasons & the self, all with the calming rhythm of the waves as a backdrop.

Meraki Cacao

Meraki Cacao specialises in making award winning nutritious products from raw cacao. They only use Palmyra Blossom Nectar to sweeten all our products, a natural nectar used in Ayurvedic medicine which is high in B vitamins and minerals like magnesium.

Their bars are hand made by stone grinding raw cacao nibs together with cashew nuts, nut butters and superfoods. Inspired by travel, all are flavoured with natural ingredients and free from dairy, soya, refined sugar & palm oil. Recently added to their range is a cacao drink mixes and a roasted hazelnut & cacao spread.

Head and sole

Head and Sole offers mobile reflexology and Indian head massage in Alnwick, Amble, and the surrounding areas, giving you the chance to fully relax without leaving your home. I also offer holistic facials and angelic reiki from my central Alnwick location (Monday only). Facials are carried out using beautiful, naturally derived Tropic products.

For the festival, Head and sole will be offering 20 minute sessions of Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.
