On 26th January 2025, the incredible Annasley Park embarked on an epic solo and unsupported rowing adventure across the Atlantic Ocean, where uncertainty meets possibility. She aims to inspire and educate a generational shift in resilience – one explorer, one documentary, one ocean at a time.
This exploration will not be without its challenges. Battling against 40-foot waves and relentless conditions, Annasley, is aiming to complete her mission of rowing 3000 miles in less than 40 days. Just as this endeavour serves as a metaphor of life’s highs and lows, she invites you on her journey of how to embrace the waves of uncharted waters.
Not only is this lady a real life super woman, she’s choosing to take on her epic adventure to support our Alnwick Garden Charitable Trust, alongside another 3 incredible charities, and we couldn’t be more grateful!
We’ll be posting regular progress updates and keeping an eye on Annasley’s live tracker every step of the way over on our LinkedIn and social stories!

Due to forecast severe weather this weekend, we've made the difficult decision to amend our opening hours to protect the safety of our visitors, teams and site.
Friday 23 October: Closing at 4pm
Saturday 24 October: Open 10am-2pm. Our Wedding Fair will go ahead as planned, however The Treehouse will be closed all day.
Sunday 25 October: Closed.
Unfortunately, this also means that Spookydorei Nights, evening restaurant bookings in The Treehouse, and all scheduled evening events, including A Traitor Among Us, have been cancelled.
If you have pre-booked tickets, event places or Afternoon Tea reservations, our team will contact you directly by email today with information about your options.
We know this may be disappointing and we'd like to thank you for your understanding. We never take the decision to close lightly, but the safety of our visitors and staff must always come first.
We look forward to welcoming you back very soon.
