Our opening hours are 10am-5pm every day and 9am-6pm in the English School Holidays
Only Guide Dogs are permitted within The Garden. You can find a list of local Doggy Day Care facilities on our booking page
If you require a wheelchair or mobility scooter, they can be pre-booked by ringing admission on 01665 511 350
If you are booking with the Gardener’s World 241 ticket, this also must be booked via our phone line (see above)

At The Alnwick Garden we want all our visitors to enjoy their time with us. For the safety of all our guests, only assistance dogs are allowed into The Garden.
Ball games, roller-blades, skateboards or micro-scooters are not permitted within The Alnwick Garden.
We also strongly advise that you do not bring your pet as we do not allow pets within The Alnwick Garden.
‘Happy Hounds’, located in close proximity to The Garden, offer a day care boarding service to Garden visitors for a small fee, booking is essential: 01665 572425
MoochyPoochy offer a “come to you” dog walking and dog sitting service where they will come to your home or holiday accommodation for the duration of your visit. Contact Kayleigh on 07765 351831

Child – Each paying adult can bring up to 4 children in free of charge.
