Firewalking is an ancient art that has been used within communities for many reasons including; rites of passage, purification, initiation, healing, and celebration rituals.

Firewalking dates back several thousands years as an activity, which was once considered as an ancient practice, is now embraced by people from all walks of life as a symbol of letting go of the past and stepping forward to your new and the endless possibilities.
Records show that fire walking dates as far back as the Iron Age, believed to originated in India and China, then spread to other parts of the globe such as Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Greece, Africa & Fiji.
The Native American Indians used fire-walking as a Rite of Passage; as a show of an individual’s strength and courage. Polynesian and Hawaiian communities walked on fire as part of ceremonial healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation, Firewalking has been carried out on all continents throughout the world.
So what will I experience?
Begin your journey by helping to build the fire, as a community, a group, a tribe we will build a big fire on the ground in front of our spectacular water feature “The Cascade” what an amassing backdrop to Firewalk.
After building the fire we will light the fire as start the journey to become firewalker, The fire will burn big and bright for around 20 minute we will be all stood around it (weather permitting) The Lead Firewalking instructor John will take you all on a journey to build mental strength, Self belief, Confidence & if you give yourself permission Self Empowerment.
There will be some empowerment & somatic awareness tasks through the journey which will lead up to the Firewalking in front of “The Cascade”
Whether you have firewalked or not this will be a stand out event not to be missed.
On the night we will have several certified Firewalking instructors & one certified Biodynamic Trauma Release Facilitator to be in service to those attending the firewalk.
