the science of the forms of life existing in former geologic periods, as represented by their fossils.
How do you fancy becoming an amateur palaeontologist this Easter?
Then why not come along during the Easter Holidays to discover our dinosaur adventure in The Garden - with fossils and skeletons buried in sand pits we need you to discover and unearth them.
We also have GIANT street theatre* in the form of Tiny the (massive) dinosaur, who our Head Gardner Trevor has told isn’t allowed to trample over or eat the flowers! Please note, unaccompanied or unruly maybe fed to the dinosaurs!
Then why not pop into the Crafty Cottage during Easter and do some dino-crafts free of charge.
You can follow the dinosaur egg trail around The Garden – how many eggs will you find? You can help identify the dinosaur species, and our experts will be on hand to help explain dino-fantatsic facts about the dinosaur they’d grow into.
If that wasn’t enough, we’ve got some great Dinosaur gifts in our shop, and we’re running a very special competition to “show us your roar!” where you will have the opportunity to win a gift voucher to spend in our shop on all manner of dino-themed goodies. Full details can be found at our website.
