Your Friends of The Alnwick Garden membership includes the following benefits:

• 10% discount in The Pavilion Kitchen
• 10% discount in The Bakery
• 10% discount on Ice Cream (Ice Cream Kiosk only)
• 10% discount in The Potting Shed (only open during Northumberland school holidays)
• 10% discount on Adventure Golf (not available during Northumberland school holidays)
• 10% discount on selected items in The Pinery Gift Shop and Plant Centre (T&Cs not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, and is not applicable on alcoholic drinks, and local concessions)

Your Membership can take up to 48 hours to process.

A full year from purchase. While your membership is valid for a full year, please be aware that our facilities are closed on Christmas Day and throughout January. Additionally, there may be instances when The Garden and Treehouse close earlier than usual, or the Treehouse may be closed for the entire day due to private events. To prevent any inconvenience, we recommend checking our website before your visit.

Purchasing an Annual Membership provides you with access to The Alnwick Garden for one year during seasonal opening hours. Please note that after the purchase, no additional offers or discounts will be provided.

As a Friend of The Alnwick Garden, you will enjoy not only unrestricted access to The Garden during seasonal hours but also a variety of exclusive offers and discounts. These include complimentary parking for each visit, as well as discounts in our café and gift shop, among other benefits.

A child is defined as any individual who is 16 years old or younger.

An Individual Membership includes free admission for up to four children, while a Family Membership provides free entry for up to eight children, with a limit of four children per adult.

Annual Pass includes up to four free children.

Day tickets can be converted into a Membership by paying the additional cost. This can be accomplished either on the same day at the Ticket Sales counter or by contacting our Bookings Team on 01665 511 350, selecting option 1. Please be aware that in order to upgrade your day tickets, we will need a receipt or booking reference number. Please note that combined day tickets for The Alnwick Garden and Lilidorei cannot be upgraded to a membership or annual pass. 

An Annual Pass can be converted to a Friends of The Alnwick Garden Membership by paying the additional cost. This can be done by calling the Booking Team on 01665 511 350, option 1. To upgrade your Annual Pass, we will need your membership number.

Gift Aid means charities can claim an extra 25p for every £1 they receive from a UK taxpayer. If you’re a UK taxpayer we can claim 25p for every £1 you pay on membership subscriptions, at no extra cost to you.

We will contact you prior to the expiration of your Membership, providing you with the opportunity to renew for an additional year.

We offer a carer ticket for visitors who are accompanying a disabled guest. Please call the Bookings Team on 01665 511350, option 1 to request a carer ticket. Proof of entitlement must be present with you on the day of your visit.

All individuals with an Annual Pass are required to schedule their visit beforehand.

While we strive to make all our events accessible at no cost, there may be instances where certain special events require an additional ticket purchase.
