As well as spectacular local produce such as Alnwick Rum, Northumbrian cheeses and mohair products from local producers, The Garden Shops within The Visitor Centre are the places to buy gardening goods and plants, including beautiful roses from David Austin Roses just like those in our Rose Garden. A new English rose, the Alnwick Rose, was launched by David Austin at Chelsea in 2001to coincide with the creation of The Alnwick Garden. Planted in your garden, this beautiful pink rose with a delicious Old Rose fragrance with a hint of raspberries will remind you of your visit to The Alnwick Garden for years to come.

There's free entry to The Visitor Centre and its facilities so its a great place to stop for a coffee and to buy plants, local produce and gifts and find out more about the region.
