The Cherry Orchard is a beautiful peaceful place, with beautiful trees underplanted with spring bulbs. The Cherry Orchard is planted solely with the great white cherry, Taihaku, which has a beautiful double flower blossom.
When sponsoring a tree, you’ll receive:

• An invitation to place your name in the Donors’ Book

Dedicating a cherry tree
Each tree in the Cherry Orchard can be dedicated to a special person, day or event. Some of the trees have already been selected to remember a loved one or mark a wedding day or other memorable occasion. Others have been chosen by those who would like to play their own part in creating a magical landscape for people to enjoy long into the future, in support of The Alnwick Garden Trust.
