Delivery charges
There are no delivery charges for tickets, subscriptions or appeals. The following delivery charges apply to orders including other items, and are added to orders at the checkout.

Terms & Conditions
Orders, other than Friends subscriptions will be posted within 7 days, by 2nd class Royal Mail post. Welcome packs for Friends subscriptions will be posted within 14 days, by 2nd class Royal Mail post. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to Friends subscriptions can be made up to 30 days after the purchase has been made, by calling 01665 511350.
Refund Policy
Unused goods in a saleable condition can be returned with the original receipt up to 28 days after purchase for a refund or exchange (exchange only without a valid receipt). Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Items should be returned to us at The Alnwick Garden, Denwick Lane, Alnwick, Northumberland, NE66 1YU. When posting returns, always ask your Post Office for proof of postage.
